Michelle, a Grade 12 student at Burnaby North Secondary, is a hardworking and committed individual who is passionate about helping those in need. As the Executive Director of Operations, she hopes to create meaningful change in vulnerable communities and empower youth to contribute to humanitarian efforts. In her free time, Michelle enjoys baking, reading, and spending time outdoors!

Sarah, a Grade 12 student at Richmond Christian Secondary, is honored to serve as Chief of Staff for the 2025-26 term. She is committed to cultivating an inclusive and welcoming environment within Project Hastings' internal organization and the communities it operates in. Outside of her work with Project Hastings, she can be found volunteering, crocheting, and exploring downtown. Driven by the organization's mission, Sarah is looking forward to improving the quality of life for marginalized groups and making those she serves feel truly seen, heard, and valued.

Steve Kim

Executive, Communications

Steve Kim, a grade 12 at Burnaby North Secondary, is passionate about the power of communication to drive social impact. Focused on strengthening the organization's connection with the community through outreach and storytelling, he is determined to advocate for unhoused and marginalized communities. With a strong belief in empathy and awareness, Steven aims to highlight the voices that often go unheard.

Ingrid, a grade 11 student at Lord Byng Secondary, is a driven and dedicated individual with a passion for uplifting vulnerable communities. As the Communications Executive at Project Hastings, she works to amplify the voices of marginalized groups and raise awareness on the organization's impact across Vancouver. Outside of Project Hastings, Ingrid enjoys spending time with her loved ones, journaling, and reading.

Damaris K. is currently on a gap year and is thrilled to be part of Project Hastings. She enjoys getting involved in the Vancouver community, whether it's lending a hand at local events or finding small ways to make a positive impact. Giving back keeps her grounded, and she's grateful to be doing it alongside such passionate and inspiring people.

Ali is a Grade 12 student at Steveston-London Secondary who brings a mix of dedication, leadership, and strategic thinking to his work in the community. As the Finance Executive, he is responsible for the financial planning and resource management of the organization, ensuring that every initiative is supported with transparency and efficiency. Beyond numbers, Ali is passionate about using his skills to strengthen community outreach and create meaningful change for marginalized groups across Vancouver.
